Notice on Online Application of Health Declaration Form
2020/57/08

Starting from 7 November 2020, foreign passengers who are to fly to China from Kenya should apply for Health Declaration Form via https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/. On this website, foreign passengers should declare their health status and upload 1) negative nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test results (both tests must be conducted within 48 hours before boarding the flight); 2) passport information page; and 3) itinerary of air travel. The Chinese Embassy in Kenya will examine and verify the above documents online, and then issue the Green Health Declaration Code with the "HDC" Mark to passengers. Passengers must present the Green Health Declaration Code with the "HDC" Mark within its validity period to the airlines flying to China before boarding.

For details, please refer to the Embassy's Notice on Airline Boarding Requirements for Certificates of Negative Nucleic Acid and Anti-Body Test Results on 31 October 2020.
